Asus has recently announced two smartphones. These phones are Asus Zenfone Max Shot and Max Plus M2. Both the phones are mid rangers. Along with this the both the phones have featured Qualcomm Snapdragon Sip 1. These are the world’s first phones with this chipset.
Let’s have a look at the features:
Both the phones have almost similar display and designs. They have 6.26″ display with 1080×2246 pixels resolution.
These phones have fingerprint sensor at the back just like all the smartphones nowadays possess. There is a previewing chin at the bottom of the phones so we can say that these are not completely bezel less phones. These have screen to body ratio of 81.4%.

The Zenfone Max Shot is coming in two memory variants. These are:
- 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage
- 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage
On the other hand Zenfone Max Plus M2 will come with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage.
As we have told you that both the phones are using Qualcomm Snapdragon Sip 1 which is in use for the first time. It is said that the phone processor is little bit identical to Snapdragon 450.
The operating system in both the phones is Android 8.0.
The Zenfone Max Shot has a triple camera set-up. The primary sensor is of 12MP with f/1.8 aperture. The secondary camera is of 8MP and it is ultra wide camera. The third camera is of 5MP. There is also a selfie camera of 8MP.
Asus Zenfone Max Plus M2 has dual camera setup. While is secondary camera is of 5MP with depth sensor. Selfie camera is of 8MP.
Battery is something that is much attractive in these phones. Both the phones will have powerful 4000mAh battery.
